The Visioning HealthCare Safe Patient Handling and Movement (SPHM) Program consists of 10 elements that enables facilities to customize and purchase only the support that they need, thus maximizing return on investment. All the elements include staff engagement in order to increase the success and sustainability of the program as well as reflecting the priorities of other nursing and healthcare agendas such as the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®, the goals of Joint Commission, NDNQI data collection, staff recruitment and retention, and above all, the delivery of quality patient care.
